Sun rays are good for our body it provide our body vitamin D but being excess in sun usually in sun is harmful for our skin. To protect your beautiful skin from sun you has to follow some tips which are written below-

1.USE CLOTHS, HAT AND UMBRELLA :-
To protect your skin from sun use cloths, hat and umbrella. you can wear full sleeves shirt or dark coloured cotton scarf to cover your face. if you don't take care it can cause fast agening.
2.PROTECT YOUR EYES:-
You have to protect your eyes from sun because the ultraviolet rays of sun are harmful for eyes it can cause weak eye sight or blindness also, thats why at the time of sun bath you have to keep your head under a shead to avoid freckles and keep youe eye healthy.
3.PROTECT YOUR HEAD FROM HEAT:-
In summer the sun in afternoon time is of very high temperature so, in between 11 to 3 p.m. if you want to go out so make sure to cover your head from some scarf, hat etc.
4.WHITE SKIN IS MORE SUN SENSITIVE:-
In accordance to brown skin white skin is more heat and sun sensitive.so, one should be more protective towards it.
5.ADD VITAMIN D IN YOUR DIET:-
Being excess in sun can cause lack of vitamin D in body. it can cause weakness in bones, to make your bones and muscles strong you have to add milk, cottage cheese, fish etc. in your diet.
6.USE ZINC OXIDE PASTE:-
Neck, chicks, lips, nose and shoulders get more effected from sun, on has to protect them from sun. to protect these parts of body zinc oxide paste is said to be effective.
7.USE GOOD QUALITY SHADES TO PROTECT YOUR EYES FROM SUN.
8.LOTIONS ARE BENEFICIAL FOR SKIN:-
It is beneficial to use body lotion on a sun burn skin and to protect skin from sun. lotion has melanin chemical properties which help the skin from burning but it has no effect on curl skin or aged skin. if your skin is already sun burned so, lotion also help to recover your skin and make it soft and healthy again. facial oils and cucumber lotion are good for sun burned skin. in taking lemonade,grape juice, churn(mattha) in sun is beneficial.
9.HOME REMEDIE :-
Take some amount of coconut oil and take half amount of sesame oil in accordance to coconut oil and heat them in a vessel until they both get mixed, after that add some drop of sandalwood oil in that mix kept this oil mix in a bottle.this oil helps to protect our skin from sun in hot weather. shake the bottle of oil before using it.
10.KEEP YOURSELF HYDRATED:-
Keep your body and skin hydrated in summer is most important. to keep your body hydrated add vegetables, summer fruits, juices, coconut water in your diet. drink more water and juices. avoid excess intake of alcohol. and for hydration of use summer lotion and mud pack.
