1. MASSAGE BEFORE A NIGHT OF WASHING:-
Massaging is a great technique to make our hair strong and health without doing any extra efforts. massage hair or head scalp prevent our hair from dandruff, being dry, increase blood circulation in head and brain and relax our head muscles which also helps in reducing stress. massaging hair from different oils have different effects on our hair because of there nutrition value.some common ois which are used to prevent hair fall are-

2. THE RIGHT WAY OF WASHING HAIR:-
The way you wash your hair can also be a reason for your hair fall. generally in winter we wash our hair from too hot water which is harm full from our hair and skin both it make the roots of hairs weaker and also cause a dry scalp ans skin which get even worse in winter we have to take care that the water we use fir hair wash and bating also is lukewarm. lukewarm water maintains our hair and body moisture.
some other measure of washing hair:-
- Using to much amount of shampoo also a reason of hair fall.
- One has to shampoo there hair 2 or 3 time a week.
- Massage your hair a night before hair wash.
- Apply Conditioner only on tips of the hair not the roots
- Use natural way too dry your hair like damping from towel sitting under the fan.
- If you use hair dryer too dry your hair than maintain some distance between hair and dryer and do not overheat your hairs.
- Do not comb on wet tangled hair it makes the root of hair weak.
3. AVOID COLOURING OR DYE YOUR HAIR:-
Dyeing your hair can be one of the coolest things to do but dyeing hair should be done cautiously as over processing of it can be harmful to the health of your hair and have adverse effect on body too. hair dyes contain a great amount of amonia which makes our hair roots weaker over time and rather than making us look young it makes our body and hair more old. access use of hair dye can also cause health and skin issue in which hair fall is starting or first issue of the adverse effect of hair dyes.
we can avoid use of hair dye by replacing it from natural way of colouring our hair like using Herbal Heena for hair colour. Some herbs also use to keep our hair naturally black in India such as amla( Indian gooseberry) and brahmi(waterhyssop).
if you really want black hair than you can use this thing rather than using dye it helps to keep your hair and body both healthy and beautiful.
