Monsoon season is very damp and full of humidity so, our skin special care in this season. Humidity of this season is very troublesome for oily skin but your little attention and care towards your skin can keep your skin refreshing. some tips are as follows :-
In morning after waking up clean your face properly than apply a thin paste of ( Bran + Rose water ) on your face, neck and if you want you can also apply it on all over your body. rub it with light pressure and wash it with the help of water.
Use skin toner better to use the refigerate one at least 2 or 3 time a day it keep your skin fresh.
If your skin is of oily nature than it is better to use ayurvedic face packs. you can use face pack consist of thing like rose water, sandalwood, orange peel, curd, lemon and multani mitti or can also use these things as a face pack. A paste of clove, sandalwood powder, multani mitti and rosewater also beneficial. don't apply oily things on face.
If your skin feels oil than clean your face with a mix of cucumber and lemon juice ( some drops of lemon juice).
Monsoon season is best for dry skin and hair because the moist in air keep also the dry skin moist and refreshing
Using a bit of moisturizer is okay for skin it work as a base for makeup and keeps the skin soft.
To keep away the stink of body because of sweat which is common in this season full of humidity add some UD Colon, lemon or rosewater in bathing water. Use talcum powder after taking bath. Wear cotton cloths if the weather is to hot.
In rainy season some people can get wounds in the space between fingers of hands and most of the times in feet use talcum powder i that area. you can also apply mustard or coconut oil on hands and feet. Avoid to wear shoes can wear open sandal and flip flop.
