BATH:-A BODY AND SKINCARE PROCESS

 It is necessary to take a bath in a proper way daily in view to keep the skin naturally beautiful.it keeps the skin soft.


While taking a bath we required generally soap and water if the water is a bit hotter then our body temperature than it is beneficial for our body.To maintain blood circulation in our body one has to take bath in summer two time a day and in winter one time a day, by increasing blood circulation we also increase or maintain metabolism and immune system of our body which kept our body healthy and fresh. If we take bath from very hot water than our blood vessel become weak on the other side chilled water can cause to shrinked  our blood vessels, that's why lukewarm water is consider best for taking a bath. Soap which contain more caustic soda and fragrance are consider to be harmful for skin, one has to use glycerine contained soap it helps to make the skin shiner and brighter. if someone has any skin disease than they should apply medicated soaps.


TIPS FOR HEALTHY BATING:-

  • It is a myth that soap cleans the skin soap contain way more chemicals these days which are harmful for skin so one should not use soap on daily base on an alternative one can use gram flour(basan) paste on the skin and when the paste get dry remove it with the help of water it removes the dead skin,dirt ane prevent the hair growth.
  • If you are feeling tired take a bath from salted lukewarm water it removes the stress from muscles and make you relax and fresh.
  • Use bath oil in winters.
  • Moisturize you skin with some lotion after taking bath.
  • Mix rosewater and milk in bathing water for dry skin.
