
How can one identify oily skin:-
Oily skin of face looks shine, smooth and sticky. This type of skin is more blackhead prone because it attract more dust and pollution blackheads and pimples are also occur due to oily skin. oily skin can be of a person naturally or can be because of eating unhealthy, junk and oily food in excess irregular eating schedule and unhealthy lifestyle can cause to be skin unhealthy in different way or it just the enviroment in which are living in like big cities are full of polluted and toxic air.
To keep the skin healthy and oilly free regular care of skin is important oily skin needs more care than any other skin type because it is not easy to balance the skin oil and a imbalance oily skin can lead to acne, pimples,blackheads and darkspot which make the skin look more worse.
TAKE CARE OF OILY SKIN:-
STEP 1 (CLEANSING) :-
.Cleansing is important process after you came home it remove dust and pollution from your ski you can simply use any face wash containing herbs like neem, tulsi etc. or can also use milk or cleansing gel on a damp cotton or hand apply it with soft hand specially on the T- zone of face after 2 or 3 minutes wash it or clean it with a damp cotton
STEP 2 (TONNING) :-
If the skin is more oily than one can use alcohol base tonner, after putting tonner one doesn't need to apply cleanser on it.
STEP 3 (MOISTURISER) :-
The moisturiser which contain less oil are applied on the oily skin there are seprate moisturiser available in market for oily skin. if we use regular moisturise on oily part of face than it can cause pimples.
SOME OTHER TIPS :-
Don't use scrub based cream it can cause black heads if use keep in mind to apply thick layer of face pack.
- Use sunscreams before going out.
- oily skin pores are more open than other skin so try to cover the face while going out.
- don't use way more chemical based product or cream to cure pimples and acne.
- Try to eat less oily and junk food and take proper balance diet.
