HOW TO BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM TO FIGHT COVID-19

 What is COVID -19 (CORONA VIRUS) :- 

It is virus cause disease which spread from person to person through small droplets from the nose or mouth which are spread when a person with covid-19 cough or exhales. these droplets land on objects and surfaces around the person. recently WHO reported that it also spread through air by small droplets. easy ways to prevent corona is to follow social distancing rules, wash hand, avoid socializing or wear mask in public. 


SYMPTOMS:- 

Most common symptoms are fever, sore throat , dry cough, and tiredness. some people even loose sense of smell and taste. Serious symptoms are difficulty in breathing, chest pain and loose of speech or movement. on average it takes 5-6 days from when someone is infected with the virus for symptoms to show, however it can take up to 14 days.

In year 2020 due to COVID-19 (CORONA VIRUS) we all realized the value of healthy lifestyle. Health is the real wealth in 2020 nobody can deny this fact , that's why in today's time each person want to get a strong immune system to fight the virus. In biology, immunity is the capability of multicellular organism to resist harmful microorganisms from entering their cells. these harmful microorganism can cause infection, disease, allergy our immune system help our body to fight these infection and staying healthy. There are some daily things that you can do to enhance immunity which are as follows :-


1. Drink warm water throughout the day:-

Hot water enhances the blood circulation level in your body which is important for proper muscle and nerve activity. along with enhanced blood circulation level, drinking hot water also keeps your nervous system healthy by breaking dowm the fat deposits around it.


2. PRACTICE OF YOGASANA , PRANAYAMA , AND MEDITATION DAILY:-

Daily practicing of yoga, pranayam and meditation helps our whole body to be more strong and healthy. yoga is important to maintain physical strength and flexibility. pranayama reduce high blood pressure, helps in providing proper oxygen to vital organs including brain and nerves and meditation helps our body and mind to relax and re-energize.


3. USE TURMERIC, CUMIN, CORIANDER, GARLIC IN COOKIN:-

These spices have scientifically proven heG:-alth benefits. It's has anti- inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Garlic is highly nutritious can combat sickness, including the common cold can also help to reduce blood pressure.by adding these spices in your daily meal you can improve your immune system or able to fight virus.


4. VITAMIN-C rich foods are also very beneficial in the quest to keep the immune system functional and healthy. citrus fruits such as orange and lemons can help with inflammation and prevent infections from occurring in the body. 


5. TAKE PROPER 7-8 HOURS OF SLEEP :-

Sleeping well is one of the easiest ways to increase immunity for covid-19. human body naturally repairs and recovers, during sleep, from all the wear and tear. sleeping reduce tiredness and helps our brain to relax.


6. Drink herbal tea and drinks consist of ginger, clove, tulsi, black pepper kind of herbs ones or twice a day.
